THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST HERE
a. We need as many REGULAR customers as we can get
b. Fact: Customers will return to an environment in
which they are made to feel welcome
c. Go out of your way to make customers feel
welcome and well served
d. Provide our customers with fast, friendly,
professional service and they will come back
e. Every customer could be a "secret
shopper" and needs great service. Don't get zapped by
a bad report by a "secret shopper"
f. Say thanks and ask new customers to come
back
g. Introduce new guests to the manager on
duty
Serve Perfect Food
a. We are in the business of selling the best BBQ in
Lake County
b. Fact: hot/warm food tastes better
c. Throw out inferior product and don't let anything
out of the kitchen that isn't 100% perfect
d. If something is wrong on a customer's plate...we
will replace that item quickly and free of charge
e. Customers are returning for our FOOD...take
pride in our food.
We CLEAN Here
a. Learn the cleaning procedures for your position
b. Don't leave until you do a 5-minute project
c. Fact: People assume that the bathroom looks the same
as the kitchen
d. You are not done with your shift until
your station is cleaner than when you found it
e. Everyone is responsible for keeping a clean
property...pick up trash, wipe down bathrooms...your effort
is appreciated
